Triathlon 101:A Tri-Talk for Women, Jackson, WY, May 1.
Barb Lindquist, Olympic Triathlete, shares her knowledge and experience with newbie and experienced female triathletes. Talk includes training, gear, race day experience, Barb’s personal testimony, and time for questions. Thursday, May 1st 6–8 pm at First Baptist Church (corner of Cache and Kelly), Jackson, WY. Free! Team Lindquist: “Spring Jackson from Winter” Triathlon Camp, May 16-17. Jackson/Teton County Parks and Recreation Center, Jackson, WY. Friday May 16 6pm-8pm and Saturday May 17 8am-4pm.

Clinic includes:
Pool session: video taping from the front and side; “drills with a purpose” that apply to your specific needs, logical freestyle technique explanation.
Run session: video taping your run technique; practice of drills to perfect form and increase strength; running technique explanation.
Transition Practice: practice of bike mounts, dismounts, demonstration transition area set up, fun “races” to mimic race adrenaline!
Lecture topics covering mental exercises, strength training at home, recovery, race preparation (48hrs before a race).

Clinic fee: With a postmark on or before April 22nd, clinic fee is $200. After April 22nd, the clinic fee is $225. This is a USAT sanctioned clinic, so add on $10 if you are not a USAT member to cover your one day USAT membership. Registration must be received by May 14th.
Clinic maximum is 25 athletes.
